We make sure all our new patients feel welcome, safe, and taken care of.
During your first visit, Dr. Thomas will review your dental and medical history. For diagnosis, he will examine your teeth and take radiographs and photos of your dentition. From there, Dr. Thomas will explain any issues and help you choose options for treatment. We will typically proceed with a cleaning unless the level of cleaning required necessitates additional time and a separate cleaning visit.
For a shorter time in the waiting room, please fill out the New Patient Form and email it to us before your visit.
Accepted Insurance:
We accept most major PPO dental insurances and will assist with insurance billing. Please call our front office at 510-893-4321 and we can help assess your plan.
Currently we are in network with the following PPO insurances:

Guardian (NOTE: Guardian will be out of network starting 2/1/2025)
Please NOTE: We are NOT in network with Deltacare USA HMO. Another office has registered with Deltacare under a name similar to ours. Please refer to the contact details on the Deltacare portal/website to contact the correct office. Thank you!
